To transfer your Google Health records:

1. Sign in to or create your AboutOne account.
2. Go to the Google Health account you wish to transfer. From the Download menu, select Profile records as PDF.
3. Email your Google Health profile to your AboutOne inbox.

To set up your AboutOne account:

1. Sign up for AboutOne
2. Add your family members
3. Click on the Health icon to enter your medical history
4. Upload or email your scanned health records to your private and secure AboutOne inbox

When your health information is in AboutOne, you can:

• Access your medical history and records from any Web-enabled device.
• Save precious time in an emergency by having all of important health history in one place.
• Populate caregiver and babysitter instructions with vital health information in an instant.
